 Andrey Andrianov:
dancer, choreographer, teacher.
Began taking up dance and improvisation in 1979 when working in studios of Moscow plastic underground. Studied dance, pantomime, oriental martial arts.
Major interest: investigation of principles of dance-movement improvisation and possibilities of its progress as an independent kind of theatre art and a method of creative development of a personality. 1989-1990: taught movement and dance to the students of Latvian Musical Academy (in Daugavpils).
1992: instructor of scenic movement in the project "Taganka Theatre". Since 1990: member of International Creative Laboratory "Saury Blanche Theatre" the main idea of which is to create an open space for various projects with participation of dancers, painters and musicians from Russia and foreign countries.
Andrey Andrianov was one of the first in Russia to study and teach the Contact Improvisation.
Appeared in performances at many big festivals of modern dance in Vienna, Berlin, Moscow and other cities.
Participated in joint projects with well-known dancers and choreographers of our time, such as Danny Lepkoff, Meg Stuart, Steve Packstone, Lisa Nelson.
For the last three years has been permanently working within the framework of Russian-Austrian project "The Series" representing its works at festivals in cities of Russia and Europe.
