Inga Ryazanoff is a producer and arts manager. She has vast experience in the organization of international festivals and conferences for professional performers. The numerous projects under her management took place in Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Italy, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and United Kingdom. Inga has worked as a producer and assistant with famous Russian theatre directors in Moscow and Kiev, as well as with many outstanding theatre and dance teachers from Europe, United States, Canada and Asia.

Inga's academic background is psychology, MA in Social Science. In her diploma thesis she investigated the role and manifestations of empathy and emotional "burnout" in performer's profession.

Since 2000 Inga is managing and coordinating the activities of the International University "Global Theatre Experience" (IUGTE).

In addition to the full-time work at IUGTE Inga has been practicing martial arts.
