Inga Ryazanoff is a producer and arts manager.
She has vast experience in the organization of international conferences, educational programmes
and collaboration projects for professional performers in different countries - Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Latvia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Lithuania, UK, Italy, Austria, Malta.

Since 2000 she has been managing and coordinating the activities of IUGTE.

Inga's academic background is psychology, MA in Social Science. In her diploma thesis she investigated the role and manifestations of empathy and emotional "burnout" in performer's profession.
