Performing Arts Training Today

REGISTRATION

 

FOR PRESENTERS

"Performing Arts Training Today" is a wonderful opportunity for performers, performing arts educators and teachers to demonstrate their methods and techniques. The number of presentations is limited. The program forms on a competitive basis. 

PRESENTATION FORMATS

•  workshop/master class
•  work in progress
•  performance fragment
(not requiring any special technical conditions)
•  reading/lecture
•  any other way of demonstration to the presenter’s discretion. 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The presentation proposal should be sent to globtheatre@gmail.com and should include the following documents:

•  Signed message to the organizers stating the title, dates, place of the event and the purpose of application - at least in one sentence 
•  Detailed CV
•  Brief biography (max 100 words)
•  Title and format of presentation
•  Brief overview of presentation (max 250 words)
•  Head shot and additional photo materials

All documents of a presentation proposal should be sent in one email as attachments:
text documents should be sent in Word format, photo materials should be sent in JPG format
.

Failure to follow the standard submission requirements may result in a rejected application. 

CONFERENCE FEE

The fee with accommodation in shared twin room:
450 EUR if payment is made before July 15th. 
550 EUR if payment is made before August 1st.

The fee covers attendance of all events of the conference programme, three nights of hotel accommodation in shared twin room (two persons share one room), two meals per day (breakfast and lunch), tea/coffee breaks and farewell buffet.

The fee with accommodation in single room:
540 EUR
if payment is made before July 15th. 
640 EUR if payment is made before August 1st.

The fee covers attendance of all events of the conference programme, three nights of hotel accommodation in single room (one person in the room), two meals per day (breakfast and lunch), tea/coffee breaks and farewell buffet.

For IUGTE Members - 20% discount.


FOR PARTICIPANTS AND OBSERVERS

Candidates should send a detailed CV and a brief letter of motivation to globtheatre@gmail.com stating the title, dates and place of the event. Places are limited. The registration will be closed once the group is full.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

If you are unable to attend the conference there is opportunity to send your promotional materials: booklets or flyers about your company, announcements of workshops, courses, performances and other events. All materials will be displayed at the main information stand and will be available to the delegates during the entire period of the conference.

Promotional Fee (up to 100 copies):

For individuals - 70 EUR. 

For organizations - 150 EUR.
