THEATRE METHODS 09
Between Tradition and Contemporaneity

REGISTRATION

"TM" is the opportunity to demonstrate your performance, workshop or work-in-progress and to attend all events of the programme!
You are welcome to take part in the festival
as a Presenter or a Participant!

FOR PRESENTERS AND SPEAKERS

Presentation formats:

• performance
(not requiring special technical conditions)
• workshop/master class
• work in progress
• reading/lecture
• any other way of demonstration to the presenter’s discretion.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The presentation proposal should be sent to globtheatre@gmail.com and should include the following documents:

• Letter of motivation including the festival title and dates describing the purpose of application (at least one sentence)
•  Detailed CV
•  Brief biography (max 100 words)
•  Title and format of presentation
•  Brief overview of presentation (max 250 words)
•  Head shot and additional photo materials
•  CD/DVD (should be sent by post)

All documents of a presentation proposal should be sent in one email as attachments:
text documents should be sent in Word format, photo materials should be sent in JPG format.

The number of presentations is limited. The program forms on a competitive basis. Failure to follow the standard submission requirements may result in a rejected application.

Please note that "TM" does not imply opportunity of a one-day tour - the event is aimed at new international contacts, creative exchange and communication. Important condition and valuable aspect of the festival is that performers and theatres presenting works at the festival participate in the whole programme from the first to the last day - attending the festival workshops, performances and other events.

Registration fee for Presenters/Speakers

Fee with accommodation in shared twin room:
870 EUR if payment is made before April 29th.
950 EUR if payment is made before May 12th.

The fee covers attendance of all events of the festival programme, six nights of hotel accommodation in shared twin room (two persons share one room), two meals per day (breakfast and dinner) and farewell buffet.

Fee with accommodation in single room:
970 EUR if payment is made before April 29th.
1050 EUR if payment is made before May 12th.

The fee covers attendance of all events of the festival programme, six nights of hotel accommodation in single room, two meals per day (breakfast and dinner) and farewell buffet.

For IUGTE Members - 20% discount.

REGISTRATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

Candidates should send a detailed CV and a brief letter of motivation to globtheatre@gmail.com stating the title and dates of the event. Places are limited. The registration will be closed once the group is full.

Participation Fee

The fee with accommodation in shared twin room:
360 EUR if payment is made before June 27th.
460 EUR if payment is made after June 27th.
